Terms and conditions

These terms are between you and Rochan Verma, who runs TEAM ROCHEEZ from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Rochan", "we", "us"). By paying for a plan or using the TEAM ROCHEEZ app, you agree to them.

The service

TEAM ROCHEEZ offers three online plans. Each one is written for you by Rochan in the TEAM ROCHEEZ app, with his answers to your questions in the app's chat. There are no video calls and no in-person sessions.

• Customized workout plan: your training, written session by session. You log the sets you do, and your plan is adjusted from what you log.
• Customized nutrition plan: a diet written for your goal and your food habits, adjusted every few weeks as you progress.
• Sports injury rehab plan: a return-to-training plan of exercises for a sports injury, such as a sore back, knee or shoulder, written in the app like your workouts. You report how it feels and can send videos of how it moves in the chat, and the plan is adjusted from that.

Each plan is separate: the workout plan does not include a diet, and the nutrition plan does not include training.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent. The app runs on Android phones for now.

Your health

• Strength training carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before you start, and tell Rochan about any injury, illness or medical condition.
• For the nutrition plan, tell Rochan about any food allergy or intolerance, medical condition, medicine you take, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The nutrition plan is not a treatment for a medical condition such as diabetes, thyroid or kidney disease; follow your doctor's advice for those.
• For the rehab plan, tell Rochan how and when you were injured and about any scans, reports or treatment. After surgery, the rehab plan starts only with your surgeon's or doctor's OK. If the pain gets worse, or you get new swelling, numbness or weakness, stop and see a doctor.
• Coaching is not medical advice. Stop and see a doctor if something hurts or feels wrong.
• You train at your own risk and are responsible for training safely: warming up, using safe equipment, and using spotters or safeties where needed.

Price and payment

• Each plan costs ₹6,000 a month, paid in advance: the Customized workout plan, the Customized nutrition plan and the Sports injury rehab plan.
• If you take two plans, ask Rochan for a combo coupon code. Any discount is agreed with you before you pay.
• One payment covers 30 days, starting on the day you pay.
• Nothing renews by itself and you are never charged automatically. To continue after 30 days, pay for the next month.
• If the price changes, we will tell you before your next month; the month you have paid for is not affected.

Refunds and cancelling

Payments are not refunded once made. You can stop at any time simply by not paying for the next month. The full rules are in the refund and cancellation policy.

Delivery

Your first plan, for each plan you pay for, arrives in the app within 24 hours of your payment. See the delivery policy.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One account is for one person.
• Be respectful in chat. Rochan may end the service for abuse, harassment, or sharing the plans or the app with people who have not paid.
• If Rochan ends your service for a reason other than these, he will refund the unused days of the month you paid for.

The plans and the app

The workout, nutrition and rehab plans written for you, the app and this website belong to Rochan Verma. Your plans are for your own use; please do not resell or republish them.

Limits

Results depend on many things outside our control, so no particular result is promised. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the month in question.

How your information is used is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
